The service
RetrievalGate is an offline retrieval-audit service. It evaluates the corpus and optional query evidence you select, then returns benchmark evidence and a recommendation. It does not connect to, alter or deploy to your production RAG system.
Your account and inputs
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of submitted information and having the rights needed to upload and process every file and query. Do not submit unlawful content, secrets, personal data without a lawful basis, or data that you are not authorised to disclose to Syntelum and the listed processing providers.
Free Snapshot and Full Audit
A Free Snapshot is a limited audit. A paid Full Audit unlocks one completed full audit and one validation rerun within 14 days after the first completed full audit. Failed processing does not consume a run. A completed NO-GO or insufficient-evidence result is a valid audit outcome; the service does not promise a positive improvement.
Payment
Prices, currency and taxes displayed at Stripe Checkout govern the purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Requests concerning a charge, cancellation or refund should be sent to support@syntelum.com with the account email and Checkout reference. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected where they apply.
Evidence, not a production guarantee
Reports measure an offline retrieval experiment. They do not guarantee final answer accuracy, production latency, security, permissions, regulatory compliance or business outcomes. You remain responsible for reviewing recommendations, testing changes on appropriate held-out data and deciding whether to deploy them.
Availability and acceptable use
We may limit, suspend or refuse use needed to protect the service, other users, providers or applicable law. Do not attempt to bypass account limits, interfere with the service, reverse engineer it beyond rights granted by law, or use it to harm others.
